Portray yourself to the world however you like.
But it should be consistent with your own values and beliefs.
What is truly important to you?
What do you really want to get out of your life?
The way you live your life should be reflective of that.
We all hold high ideal for ourselves, which is a good thing.
Are you working to fill these standards, or do you let good opportunities to prove yourself slip by?
Think you are a great leader or friend?
Being these things isn’t just a title, but is something proven by action as well.
You can be anything you want.

We all need support from other people.
Love, encouragement, words of advice and friendship help us do things we never thought possible.
When people are in your corner, you can feel like taking on any challenge.
As important as help from others may be, though, it all has to start with you.
If you’re waiting for someone to solve your problems, or wondering when someone is “going to do something about that”, you may be waiting a long time unless you look to yourself first.
Take responsibility for your own situation and think of what concrete steps you’ll take today to help it.
If you’re going to need help, it’s only fair that the person with the most at stake (you) is willing to make the same effort.
When someone is pulling you out of a hole and has grasped your hand, you still must take the first step to climb out, or you’re just going to be hanging there.

It can be a little humbling to admit that you need help to accomplish a goal.
Great accomplishments have been associated with one single person for all of our lives.
Christopher Columbus discovered America.
Napoleon conquered Europe.
Tiger Woods won the Masters.
If they can do that, why can’t we handle our own goals, right?
Of course, the dozens, hundreds and thousands of people that made it possible are forgotten.
You can just start with one person, however.
Someone to bounce ideas off of.
Someone to help you make the tough decisions.
Someone to just save you from tripping over your own feet in the rush to meet your goal.

Just one person is all it takes, and you’ve doubled your goal achievement power.

Think on this...

Use it or lose it. Got something you’re good at?
Have some resources at your disposal?
Keeping them to yourself only wastes a great opportunity to leave your mark.
Wealth comes in many forms – money, talent, knowledge, energy.
The wealth you share with the world only grows with the sharing.
Leave it unused and it’ll soon leave you.
Eventually, your talents will start to shrivel and die.
Knowledge will fade.
No one will be better off and you’ll have nothing to show for it.
But by combining your force with the force of others, you have the chance to build something special.
You can nourish your skills and become a better person for it.
Sharing your wealth brings the kind of nourishment that can keep you alive and full of life for years to come.

Interesting Management Stories

Story # 1

It's a fine sunny day in the forest and a lion is sitting outside his cave, lying lazily in the sun. Along comes a fox, out on a walk.

Fox: "Do you know the time, because my watch is broken"
Lion: "Oh, I can easily fix the watch for you"

Fox: "Hmm... But it's a very complicated mechanism, and your big claws will only destroy it even more."
Lion: "Oh no, give it to me, and it will be fixed"

Fox: "That's ridiculous! Any fool knows that lazy lions with great claws cannot fix complicated watches"
Lion: "Sure they do, give it to me and it will be fixed"

The lion disappears into his cave, and after a while he comes back with the watch which is running perfectly. The fox is impressed, and the lion continues to lie lazily in the sun, looking very pleased with himself. Soon a wolf comes along and stops to watch the lazy lion in the sun.

Wolf: "Can I come and watch TV tonight with you, because mine is broken"
Lion: "Oh, I can easily fix your TV for you"
Wolf: "You don't expect me to believe such rubbish, do you? There is no way that a lazy lion with big claws can fix a complicated TV
Lion: "No problem. Do you want to try it?"

The lion goes into his cave, and after a while comes back with a perfectly fixed TV. The wolf goes away happily and amazed.

Scene : Inside the lion's cave. In one corner are half a dozen small and intelligent looking rabbits who are busily doing very complicated work with very detailed instruments. In the other corner lies a huge lion looking very pleased with himself.

Moral :
IF YOU WANT TO KNOW WHY A MANAGER IS FAMOUS; LOOK AT THE WORK OF HIS SUBORDINATES.

Story # 2

It's a fine sunny day in the forest and a rabbit is sitting outside his burrow, tippy-tapping on his typewriter. Along comes a fox, out for a walk.

Fox: "What are you working on?"
Rabbit: "My thesis."
Fox: "Hmm... What is it about?"
Rabbit: "Oh, I'm writing about how rabbits eat foxes."

Fox: "That's ridiculous ! Any fool knows that rabbits don't eat foxes!
Rabbit: "Come with me and I'll show you!"

They both disappear into the rabbit's burrow. After few minutes, gnawing on a fox bone, the rabbit returns to his typewriter and resumes typing.

Soon a wolf comes along and stops to watch the hardworking rabbit.

Wolf: "What's that you are writing?"
Rabbit: "I'm doing a thesis on how rabbits eat wolves."

Wolf: "you don't expect to get such rubbish published, do you?"
Rabbit: "No problem. Do you want to see why?"

The rabbit and the wolf go into the burrow and again the rabbit returns by himself, after a few minutes, and goes back to typing. Finally a bear comes along and asks, "What are you doing?

Rabbit: "I'm doing a thesis on how rabbits eat bears."
Bear: "Well that's absurd!"

Rabbit: "Come into my home and I'll show you"

Scene : As they enter the burrow, the rabbit introduces the bear to the lion.

Moral:
IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW SILLY YOUR THESIS TOPIC IS; WHAT MATTERS IS WHOM YOU HAVE AS A SUPERVISOR.

All My Tears

by Julie Miller

When I go don’t cry for me
In my father’s arms I’ll be
The wounds this world left on my soul
Will all be healed and I’ll be whole

Sun and moon will be replaced
With the light of Jesus’ face
And I will not be ashamed
For my savior knows my name

It don’t matter where you bury me
I’ll be home and I’ll be free
It don’t matter where I lay
All my tears be washed away

Gold and silver blind the eye
Temporary riches lie
Come and eat from heaven’s store
Come and drink and thirst no more

So weep not for me my friend
When my time below does end
For my life belongs to him
Who will raise the dead again

It won’t matter where you bury me
I’ll be home and I’ll be free
It won’t matter where I lay
All my tears be washed away

i'm free atlast

Now ... Beauty is just a matter of taste and will ! I mean ... If you wanna see the beauty outside , you will! If you totaly refuse it ... You'll see nothing beautiful! I'm tired! Really tired ! But happy ! It was a great day ... I'll go to sleep now ... Just think a bit of it : "Wise is the one who knows nothing's bad in Universe! Just the way you look at it may be bad !" It's a qoute combined with some of my thoughts and words ... Never mind !

Don't wanna turn around again!
It's just a bargain!
Again!
And again ...

I can see between his lines ...
There were so many times ...

When I believed the text ...
Asked "What's next?!" ...

Don't wanna let him get me again!
Don't wanna let him know me again!
I'm tired!
I'm tired!

So much pain!
Caused by my chain!
Set me free!

As I wanna be ...

You can see in my eyes ...
There were so many tries!
You can see in my bleeding heart ...
You threw the last dart!

There are no more tries ...
There are no more lies ...
Just wanna see you gone ...

Please remember how to run!

You just have to leave, boy ! I'm gonna take my path ... You're gonna take yours ... And we'll be fine! Really ! I mean I will ! I can bet on it this time ... Just go ... Please set me free ... I can't leave 'till you unlock the chains ...
